Close to railway station. Restaurent services are good.

I donot like the hotel at all. Very bad facilities. Very dirty. Horrible place to stay. I expexted it to be good as per the group image. Very very horrifying experience. We had no sleep in the night and also no food. Did not dare to eat there. Unhygenic place. All thru my journey during the last one week, we have been staying in 4 or 5 star hotels. I expected this to be reasonably good. BUT VERY UGLY PLACE. NEVER PREFER OR ADVISE ANYBODY TO VISIT THIS LOUSY HOTEL.

The location is close to the railway station.
The promised facilites are not existing in the rooms I had been accomodated in; no flat tv, no coffee/tea machine in the room. The bathrooms were very dirty. The room had a musty smell as if no one had occupied it for long. We arrived at 5 am on 12th August butthere was no one at reception and the staff were sleeping on the sofa meant for the customers. Even when someone came to attend to our booking we were informed that they had not received any booking confirmation which was made by us on the net several days back. We were told to pay double the rates from what we had booked. It was only after we showed them our confirmed booking that we were provided the rooms which in any case were dirty and did not possess the facilities promised to us at the time of booking. By the time we shifted to our rooms after facing all this harrassment we it was already 6 am. We were nevertheless charged for one extra day as we had checked in a few hours earlier. We spoke to the manager as well as the bosses of the manager but we received a curt reply and were not granted any compensation for the poor amenities. While the staff was friendly the top boss was not.

The rooms are quite spacious
The installation of AC at window which do not allow the curtains to be drawn. Therefore outside is visible and makes sleep uncomfortable

Restraurant is acceptable.
No hot shower and no wi-fi. A noisy air conditioning. No mineral water. Terrible room.

Good location, if you need to stay close to the train station of Gaya
The management wasn`t frankly about prices, facilities, etc.
